Required skills:
1. excellent proficiency in the English
2. good proficiency in a second foreign language
3. availability to work on pre-holidays and holidays, as well as during the summer months
4. excellent communication skills and attitude to interface with tourists from all over the world
5. flexibility and attitude to work in team
6. ability to deal with unforeseen situations and emergencies
7. ability to manage even large groups
